Discreet billing & shipping
We all like to keep a few things secret and if purchasing from Pleasure Galaxie is one of those things, than you have nothing to worry about. Credit card receipts will show as PG Inc., so your secret is safe with us. Packages will arrive in generic boxes with PG Inc as the sender and without any indication of its contents or origin.

Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we are unfortunately not able to provide returns or exchanges. If however, the merchandise you have purchased is defective we will honor our 14 day guarantee and provide a replacement upon receiving the original. All returned items must have complete packaging, all original parts, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards and instructions etc.
