Orders are shipped Monday-Friday via UPS and USPS. If mailing address is a P.O. Box, you're order will be sent via USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes approximately 4-10 business days.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number for all orders within 48 hours of making your purchase. If you do not receive this email please contact customer service at order@pleasuregalaxie.com. If by chance an item is out of stock, you will receive an email to let you know of the delay.
Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we are unfortunately not able to provide returns or exchanges. If however, the merchandise you have purchased is defective we will honor our 30 day guarantee and provide a replacement upon receiving the original. All returned items must have complete packaging, all original parts, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards and instructions etc.
