All orders are discreetly shipped as "PG Inc" in plain packaging. They do not indicate their origin or contents unless required for international customs purposes. Our business name, Pleasure Galaxie is not used anywhere on the outside packaging.
Shipping
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday via UPS and USPS. If mailing address is a P.O. Box, your order will be sent via USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes approximately 2-7 business days.
Next Day Shipping Options
Packages will be shipped the same day for orders placed before 11am PST. For orders placed after this time they will be shipped the next business day. If you require your package on Saturday, please choose USPS Express as USPS delivers on Saturdays. If you prefer UPS Next Day Air Saver, your package will arrive the next business day, not including Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Please have a designated recipient on-site to sign for delivery.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number for all orders within 48 hours of making your purchase. If you do not receive this email please contact customer service at info@pleasuregalaxie.com. If by chance an item is out of stock, you will receive an email to let you know of the delay.
Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we are unfortunately not able to provide returns or exchanges. If however, the merchandise you have purchased is defective we will honor our 30 day guarantee and provide a replacement upon receiving the original. All returned items must have complete packaging, all original parts, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards and instructions etc.
Lingerie Returns
Lingerie may be returned. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll happily exchange it or give you a refund, provided it meets the following conditions:
- It is returned in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with all labels intact.
- Panties must be tried on over your own underwear.
Due to hygienic concerns, we may refuse returns if it's obvious that this request has not been fulfilled.
- Returns must be received by us within 20 days of the date you received your order.
Please allow 10 days for return shipping, please make sure your return is posted within 10 days of receipt.
